The Passport.
A merit-led naturalization path for exceptional individuals with demonstrable ties to Malta. On success, you receive Maltese citizenship and a passport in a European Union country — with the rights, obligations and scrutiny that come with it.

Not a citizenship by investment. Eligibility is discretionary.

The Residency.
A statutory permanent-residence program for non-EU families. On approval, you receive a Maltese residence card with the right to live in Malta and travel the 27 countries within the Schengen Area and other countries that recognize this status.
